Why can’t I sign in?
Register with an email address and a password of at least 10 characters, then use the same details on the separate login screen. Password verification is performed by this app using a private business record. The current generic service does not verify passwords, email ownership or password resets; do not reuse a password from another service.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. In the app, open Account, type the exact word DELETE and confirm. After cleanup, the app soft-deletes the private account row and other owned business records, clears this device’s chat data, signs you out and returns to sign-in. Interrupted cleanup resumes at the next launch or sign-in. The service cannot confirm permanent erasure, revoke its already issued tokens (valid for up to 30 days) or delete uploaded images. Direct use of an existing service token outside this app may still work until expiry. Signing out or uninstalling does not perform account deletion.
Where are chat messages stored?
The app's chat preview saves messages only on the current device, separated by account. The other person will not receive them, and they do not sync to another device. A completed borrow is required to open a conversation. To remove a conversation from the device, open it and choose More → Clear conversation. Signing out hides its messages but retains the local history for that account.
Gifts and purchases
Paid gifts and purchases remain paused. This build does not open a payment sheet or credit coins from an unverified transaction. For a previous store charge, consult Apple’s purchase support or Google Play Help. Eligibility and refunds are decided by the store.
Read privacy information offline
On the app’s sign-in screen, choose Privacy Policy. The document is included in the app and requires no sign-in or internet connection. The same disclosure is available here.
Contact availability
The authorized operator and support contact have not yet been provided. This preview has no support form and does not accept requests. A verified contact channel and retention policy are required before public release.
